It's Braver to Be Clark Kent

Did I mention I love TedTalks? This one is fantastic. I love it because Glennon discusses Substance Use Disorders, Mental Illness, Brene Brown, Shame, Recovery, Courage, Mental Hospitals, and most importantly Action. I believe in Actions. I believe in doing the next right thing. I believe life is Brutaful. If you want to have a full and rich life you have to be willing to experience the full range of human emotions. You can get more of Glennon Doyle Melton on her website Momastery. Check out the video below to learn about her journey of recovery.
